Motion & Visual Designer (Brand & Growth)

Ihre Aufgaben

As a Designer, you’ll bring our brand to life through graphic design, motion design and animation. Working closely with the Brand & Marketing team, you'll translate concepts into polished assets for social media, campaigns, web and product experiences. This role blends creative vision with technical execution to craft engaging, high-quality content that elevates our visual identity across all touchpoints.

In this role, you will

Lead motion and visual design to help us elevate how we tell stories visually.
Ship fast, learn fast, and improve continuously with a core focus on performance marketing.
Bring creative ideas to the table, from concept to execution.
Work closely with marketing and product to ensure consistency and clarity across all design work.
Stay ahead of trends in design, motion and content and bring fresh energy into our creative output.
Collaborate with freelance creatives when needed and help maintain high standards across all deliverables.

Ihr Profil

What you should bring

Experience working collaboratively in a team.
Comfortable working hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Understanding of how design accelerates growth and brand trust.
Experience designing across mediums - ideally for Meta ads.
Strong motion design skills and a sharp eye for video content.
Bonus if you have experience with 3D design or animation.
Ability to own projects end-to-end and balance speed with attention to detail.
Fluency in English, German not required.
