Performance marketing is a core growth lever for us, and we’re building dedicated channel ownership across our paid media stack. After successfully establishing a Google Ads channel owner, we’re now looking for a Meta Performance Marketing Manager to take full responsibility for our Meta ads channel.
In this role, you will own Meta end-to-end — strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling. You’ll be accountable for performance outcomes and work hands-on across campaign setup, creative testing, and performance analysis. While you’ll collaborate closely with brand and design, you are the clear owner of results on Meta.

What you’ll do
- Act as a core driver of Circle Health’s overall marketing performance, partnering closely with the founders to set direction, priorities, and growth targets across channels.
- Own Meta as our primary performance channel, with full accountability for strategy, execution, and scalable growth outcomes.
- Define and execute full-funnel performance strategies on Meta, ensuring efficient customer acquisition and sustainable contribution margins.
- Set clear performance goals and lead optimization across campaigns, budgets, and audiences, with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and efficiency at scale.
- Establish a structured creative testing and learning framework, working closely with brand, design, and content to translate insights into winning creative directions.
- Synthesize performance learnings across Meta and other channels into clear recommendations that elevate the entire marketing organization.
- Build scalable systems for experimentation, reporting, and decision-making across performance marketing.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, performance marketing trends, and evolving best practices, turning them into competitive advantages.
- Collaborate closely with the Google Ads channel owner and marketing team to align channel strategies, share insights, and drive overall business growth.
